recently, on facebook, I asked all the good cooks to tell me their way of frying okra. There were lots of different ways, but this one sounded FABULOUS, and it didnt dissapoint!
Cut up okra,potatoes,squash and onion. Coat with Tony Chachere's Seasoned Fish Fry Mix and fry. Oh my, it was really good!! From now on, this is how I will fry okra!!
