It just wouldnt be Christmas around our house
without some of these!
1 lb. sausage
3 1/2 c. Bisquick
10oz. grated cheddar cheese
Mix well by hand. Form into walnut size balls and freeze. When ready to serve, bake in 325 degree oven for about 20 minutes.

What good memories that recipe brings back. My college roommates mom bought us a book, easy recipes for the college student and this was one of them. We made these for so many parties- very yummy!
