Corn Casserole

1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. melted oleo
1 (8.5oz) Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

Combine and pour all ingredients into a 2 quart dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour 40 minutes. (Be sure to cook at 300 degrees for the 1 hr. 40 mins. It makes a lot of difference in how the casserole turns out!) Variations: 2 T. chopped onion, red or green peppers, or chopped green chilies. I often add the green chilies to mine.
